Aparently someones picked up Macross for a film licence. if that sells well (or well enough for the geeks) Then i can see any licence containing big mechs (Heavy Gear, Shattered steel, Mechwarrior, Robot Jox, terra Nova etc) getting picked up.

Not Crash and burn though. that can DIAF!

Personally, i'd prefer a Mechwarrior style movie rather than the anime style robots.

Fix'd.

And also- This, really fucking hard. I'm obsessive about mechwarrior stuff, got all the 3rd party mech paks for vengeance because ms abandoned it, the cunts. A good budget mechwarrior film, with good actors in, (fuck right off uwe boll) it has the story, it has the action, stompy robots and fuck off guns, sure to be a winner.

If you're going to correct someone's writing at least get your own right. People's names are capitialised, even Uwe Boll's. :P

Grammar aside, is Uwe Boll deserving of having his name capitalised?

I think not.

Ah ha! That's because it's not my/a real name, it's like "t w a t", which is not capitalised. But I in no way claim to be a grammar/spelling wizard.

Anyway, film, Twin Town?

I'd say it's a valid name, given that it's the one everyone here knows you by. I guess it depends on where you draw the line as to what constitutes a "real" name, but I feel I'm getting out of my Nazi depth here. Where's Eion when you need him? :)

/Film, what film?

Bottom line is; it's a made up word, I made it up, it's written how I say it's written, I make the rules. deject does the same. Sometimes people capitalise it but it's not a big deal.

For about my first six months here, I thought you were called spoodle. The avatar you had with the cat with a hat/sock over it's eyes probably had something to do with that.

I'm not seeing the connection but I'm no stranger to "spoodle". Playing Halo 2 online some time back I'd get Americans saying "Hey spoodle! Where's ya'll grenades at?" or something. That's SDTV resolution for you. Story time end.

edit: oh I see, spoodle is a poodle mixed with something else.

nope, it's quite a bit older than that. It is a british film, though.
