Goblins have asses. You reckon with enough effort you could indeed jam your quarterstaff into one.

There are some naked goblins back there if you want to practice. We'll just, er, wait outside.

With great effort I upgrade my quarterstaff into a one-eighth staff half goblin (2d6 goblin damage, +2 Intimidation vs. Small, -4 Charisma)!

Nah.

I do not.

But I am trying to surreptitiously peer at Forenrond's ears.

By the time we're done I'll be shin deep in gold!

Thinking about it, I don't think any of you have Knowledge: Religion.
Bunch of blasphemous heathens!

What you can see is that there's a large bust of a goblin discarded to one side of the room, split in two, a few chunks taken out of its sides. Above the altar where most of the blood and limp, headless goblin corpses are is a large eye, crudely chiselled out of stone.

Onwards, then.

Well, while people who should be closer to the front of the party than me decide how to advance I'm going to furtle about the temple area and goblin alcove looking for shinies and bodies to loot;

You take a little while to leaf through the corpses.
The goblins are wearing battered and boiled leather armour, and each carry cracked wooden shields.

The massive green-grey Orc has an arrow sticking out of his anus, and he's wearing studded leather armour.
The throwing axe he tossed earlier looks a little blunted by its impact against the wall, but otherwise fully functional.
He has a light mace hanging off a clip on his hip, next to a collection of small animal skulls.

You can hear faint murmurings from the north and east wall of the temple, probably from adjacent rooms.

You do not see two partially-aroused male Centaurs kissing.

Perhaps Thor or Orovan could scout ahead? They look sturdy types.

I once courted a Dwarf lady - now she was sturdy. And easy, too. honestly, show a dwarf girl a couple of gems and she's all over you.

Just make sure to finish up by the time the "gems" disappear into thin air. When her father found out he had me sentenced to death, he was the King you see, and I had to defeat him single handed in a duel wearing plate armour and wielding a mace.

On the plus side I am now the ruling, albeit absent, King of a dwarven mine.

I'll have a look ahead, assuming it isn't too dark. Hope the rest of you stay reasonably close in case it gets fighty.
