We could just *tell* him we have taken the guy out. We don't need to actually do it, its not like he can reasonably ask us for the guys actual head or whatever. Besides, us Op's are not above the law, I suspect we could get into trouble for rocking up and blowing away some random dude on the say so of a drunk.

Something else has just struck me as mighty fishy:
Both the Johannas and DarkNight are scared of the Snappers at the moment
If there's a fair chance that the DN only exist in Paddys head, we don't need to worry about them, which just leaves the Jo's. According to the barman, the Jo's tried to muscle the Snappers and got their ass handed to them. That sort of thing usually leaves a bit of enmity. So why were the Jo's were enjoying a nice quiet drink in the Snappers bar? Also...
Dog Pants wrote:Grimmie sees a few more Johannas go in, then most of them leave about 45 minutes later
More went in, then *most* of them left? Where did the ones that didn't leave go?
You don't think the Jo's are also potential customers, do you? Snappers kick their ass, so once things calmed down the Jo's decide they want some of what the Snappers have?

oh! Or we might be able to find the pipe without him!

The bar is in the records as a manufacturing facility, so maybe those records include a layout of said facility. Maybe one that includes pipes. If we could get hold of something like that, sneak-o-deej could just check out any pipe big enough for people to get through until we find the one Paddy is on about.

Alright, I'll try to approach through the pipe that the Snappers don't know about, though I'll still be stealthy* about.

*or at least try.

Hide (4):8, 9 + 4 = 21
Stealth (4): 2, 9 + 4 = 15

I'll be sure to use the full ECM capabilities of my armor, I wouldn't put it past these guys to have IR or UV sensors.

You don't know where the pipe is yet.

We could spend years searching the sewers and never find it - this is Mort after all. Either we disappear for a bit to deal with Emery/pretend to deal with Emery, or we get the information from Paddy another way.

I can try and convince paddy 'Kick Op' Style, but he won't be in a position to answer anything else afterwards.

Intimidation might work - especially if we threaten to turn him over to the people he's been stealing from.

Well then I'll try one of the ones we do know about that we didn't try yet, closest to the surface.

Well, if you lot keep saying 'we can't be sure he's right' that leaves one option, and it's the only one he's got :D

Okay, you approach one of the doors. There are no sirens or angry men, but there is an electronic lock.

Well shit. I'm betting they'll all have electronic locks. I don't suppose there's any way to get a WiFi type signal down here is there?

Nope, most connections in Downtown are more like 3G and in the sewers your reception is predictably crap.

No computer ports I can plug into for some hackery?

Alternatively, is there anyone in the squad with electronic lockpicking skills?

There are little connections as with all electronic locks, but you need the electronic locks skill to get in there and hack it.

Eraser decides to be a bit more direct, he'll pick Paddy up by his shirt and get face to face with him.

Paddy shits himself out of his drunken stupor, instantly sobering up.
Paddy wrote:Nooooo! I'll show you, don't hurt me!
He sobs a little and mumbles, questioning to himself why he had to get Ops involved and not just keep quiet, while he gets dressed.
