I was utterly confused about exactly what he meant too.Dog Pants wrote:You were taking to us? I thought you were talking to the facility people. I don't even know why I'm here, apart from to drink.
I'd prefer not to need your services doc, but I would be might glad to have them available in case I do. I'm sure the others feel the same. The problem on my end is that I never got a deal made so as of now I have no compensation lined up. That was going to be my next order of business. How about for now, you can consider me an on-call bodyguard until we know more?

You did get an offer from Aysun - 10k, free equipment from the shops in Fortune and free flights from the company, plus bonuses for unspecified things.
So all your drinks and food, stuff you might get from the outfitters or other shops (the doctors, the smith, the livery) is all free.
The main problem right now in terms of payment is your fee payer got shot out the air.

How about we get some cold weather and climbing gear (or does deej already have a rope and shit?) and go back to see if we can find Aysun when the sun comes up? Im pretty sure everyone wants to get paid and that aint going to happen untill we find her.

Not a bad idea. I have a grapple gun with 100m of microwire. I have the appropriate gloves to use it, but attempting to use it without said gloves could result in missing appendages. I will attempt to locate some more gloves for the use of others, possibly Aysun if she's alive and well enough to climb out herself.

Okay - further up the street is a long faux log cabin affair with a sign outside stating outfitters, this is where you'll get clothing, rope, tools etc.
Across the road is a large multi-storey building with an anvil sign and wrought ironwork stating smithy & stud. In actual fact it's all manner of weapons and vehicles/vehicle parts.
There's a couple of large bipedal walker mech type deals standing out front, think powerlifter from alien but with enclosed cockpit and plenty guns hanging off. They're quite beat up, with dents, scratches and bullet holes. Both have a liberal coating of dried blood which is being washed off by a small flitting drone spraying water through a high pressure nozzle at them. It's half cleaned one of the walkers.

Well assuming we're inside the shop and everyone is here, let's see if we can chivvy things along and get some clothes bought.

Hello. My colleagues and I are looking for some cold weather clothes that would be suitable for traversing the terrain outside. I do not have much in the way of liquid funds on me at the moment, but I do have these implants that I'm sure would suffice for trade.
