Perception (0) + Intuition (3)

4,1,1

Hmm, is it possible to glitch "looking at things"?

Of course :)
Just because you glitched whilst looking at something doesn't mean it has to be the looking itself that goes wrong. For example, if you glitched whilst looking at some evidence, a glitch might mean you accidentally put your hand on the vital fingerprints. That's not what would happen here, but you can use a point of edge to negate the glitch if you want and I don't want to tell you what would happen until you have decided. It wont be good though.

Not much to hear, but you can see that the guy looks like a regular guy: he doesn't have the build of someone combat trained, he doesn't have body armour or the tell tale twitchiness of someone with Wired Reflexes or anything like that. The gun is a Colt America L36, a cheap and common light pistol. In an untrained hand, its not overly scary to you guys. Other than that, the room is pretty spartan, with a wheely chair and one other door.

I feel it would be more in character to just roll with the glitch, but then again I don't want to get everyone else killed. Hmmm...

Fuck it, I'll spend the Edge.

In that case, it's just a regular fail, and you don't see shit.

Now what?

What do I need to roll for walking up behind him (after he's finished speaking to the radio) and grabbing him by the throat?

Infiltration (3) + Agility (5) = 8

5,1,6,4,3,2,3,1 = 2 hits

Unarmed (5) + Specialisation (2) + Agility (5) = 12

6,5,6,3,2,1,5,4,3,4,4,6 = 5 hits

I'll follow up and take the gun and com link from his hands whilst chopper throttles him.

Agility 7 + Infiltration 2 = 3 hits

I can't see anything specific in the book other than having disarming as a speciality of unarmed combat so I figure...

unarmed 0 Agility 7 -1 defaulting 6 = 2 hits

Frank wasn't running with these guys against Tashima, I figure Chopper says nothing and holds him so he can't see him, I do some talking then mention who's gripping his neck in a neck snapper hold...

Chopper easily grabs him from behind as he is peering over the counter, facing away from you. He pulls around to face Frank as you take the gun and the comlink. He lets out a panicked croaking noise.

Frank, to Al wrote:Hey, we got a guy up here who's not the normal stoned tramp shape. Grabbed his com, can you send on the info to the leaf eater. Some help in the thinking department would be appreciated too, drawing a blank on anything except cutting on him.
Making sure the guy hears all that and ping everything necessary from the com down to Al. Then putting on a pair of touch gloves and wiping down the gun and com and putting them on the table.
Frank wrote:Now, I'm sure I don't have to tell you how silly it would be to shout out right now, so what I'm gonna do is just ask a few questions about this shelter of yours. You lie to me and my associate then things get messy.
Frank will close the door and have a look around the room too.
Frank, to Nik, subvocal wrote:Tovarish, keep eyes on the hallway and give us heads up on any activity, thanks.
Eyes - intuition 4 perception 3 cyber 3 actively looking 3 = 13 = 7 hits
