Well assuming you ask, since you don't know where it is (or did you google that? I can't remember), the factory is on about level 5 of Downtown, out in the ghettos. The boundary between upper and lower Downtown isn't cut and dry, but this falls on the lower side of the grey area. How are you traveling? A gauss train will get you and your vehicles to the surface of the sector, but making your way lower might be rough going as you know. I really should publish the travel guide I nicked off the T8 forums, it's rather good.
