You're getting ahead of yourselves. I'm heading to a different club, and not until tomorrow. At this point in time I'm still working my contacts.
Al wrote:I'm not heading over anywhere, I'm already at a club with an old buddy of mine working a few things out. It's not that one, although I know of it and it did come up. Be discreet guys, the clientele there are likely to be ambitious and violent.

Shit, leave me out of the meeting if you want. These Yaks are so damn formal they'd probably apologise for bleeding on you if you chopped their head off.

I'm sitting around in a workshop or a car though - drop me off at some Japanese watering hole where the clientele are so up market. Believe it or not, I can be quite sociable with the types of people who hang around in there.

Um, that last sentence seems wrong to me. Is it meant to be 'I'm not sitting' and possibly 'aren't so upmarket' too?

Indeed, brain spaz - I've been up since 5am, plus long working days and poor sleep has turned my mind into mush. I'm for a mug of cocoa then bed.

Jon to Frank wrote:Looks like it's a different club to the Al is at, should we regroup at yours and see what we can find out about this place? Make sure we know what we're heading in to?
Jon slaps Chopper gently on the cheek
Jon to Chopper wrote:No need to pout Chops, you can come and insult the Japanese's mothers if you like! Probably best we head back to Franks and see what we can learn of the place first, see if there is anyone specific we should be trying to talk to and see if any of the other guys want to come along too. Would you mind setting Franks as our destination in the GPS? I fucking hate programming those things

Al wrote:Police got nothing, and nobody's heard of her, but I might have a lead on a club she might have been to. Popular opinion among those in the know at the moment have her as a sort of high-class hooker, but I'm reserving judgement. I've got one more stop to make tonight but it's late so it'll have to be tomorrow when I follow up any leads there.

Nikolai seems to be humming over the music and cleaning out one of the guns mounted to his drones.
Nikolai wrote:I heard you have armoury, da?
Can you improve guns, make people die faster? I only have relics loaded into these things.
Pulling a Ferret drone onto his lap, he wipes his hand through a layer of dust and then gives a shakey AK attached to it a thorough cleaning with a cloth.

It's fucking excellent work isn't it!

It doesn't show in topic review, I take it that's to speed things up.

Frank wrote:I do have myself a rather nice gun and armour shop. If you want me to have a look at what I can do to those AK's then I'll surely have a go after this run. I could probably mod the armour on the drones as well if the blueprints found their way to my workbench. If I'm still alive after all this that is.

Good music by the way, really stirs the blood. I get a bit sick of Gary Numan on repeat.

Still no word from Pappa Pastukhov, I guess we wait a few more minutes. It sometimes takes him a bit to get back to us. Busy man with fingers in lots of pies.
