That'll be a 9 for me then;

5, 1, 2, 5, 4, 1, 6, 5, 3: 4 hits.

Haven't I still got a favour left with Samedi? If so I'll ask him for help. Shame Jon's not still around, I could have given him the fastest English lesson he'll ever get.

Well technically you dismissed him when you started talking, because if he's there then he's in you (fnar) so you need to talk as him.

However, if you want to call him back and ask if he wants to help you can try it for free in terms of drain as he's quite friendly toward you (well, your rum and smokes too). But I'm not sure he'd enjoy helping you read books, not really his thing is it. Hence me suggesting a different spirit.

Joose -

A few minutes of watching, and the door on the van is closed, confirming your suspicion on the writing. The drones are starting a beyond perimeter sweep now. The exec and blue elf have walked off to the factory.

That's not as I understand it, he doesn't actually have to manifest anything. He (and all my spirits) can only be physically present though if they possess something or someone, which doesn't necessarily have to be me or indeed a living object. However, he may be released if he gives me my body back, I'm not sure about that. Your call I suppose.

This, however, is a good point. With nothing for a guidance spirit to possess that would be of any use though, there's not much point me summoning anything else.

Pants - I thought your tradition had mandatory manifestation?

Sorry about the delay gents, home pc is being a fucker.

Joose, I figure 12 metres up on a factory roof.

Fab - As you catch up with Phlegastus you can make out faint movement in the distance, nothing more than a suggestion in the darkness though.

Can I make a roll to try and see either what it is, if there are more of them or anything distinguishing about it?

12 meters? Blimeh, big warehouse. Right then, time to show off needlessly :)

Lex strolls over to the side of the building Deej is on, and jumps off.

Agility 7 + gym 0 / 2 (round up) = 4 dice: 3,5,6,6, 3 hits

That reduces my falling distance to 9m which is 9 damage:

body 5 + half impact 1 = 6 dice: 2, 5, 5, 1, 3, 6: 3 hits.

So thats 6 damage.
:faint:

About 10 seconds later, he gets up apparently unhurt, and hops on to the back of the bike.

:? That's quite the feat you got there.
You alright? Let's go.
As soon as he is on the bike Alvrin takes off at maximum warpspeed.

Fab - Perception roll.

Deej/Joose - where too? Another location on the list? Back to the bar? Or will 'away' do for now.

Pfft.

Well with that score you can make out lots of shapes in the dark, but that's it.

Phlegastus carries on toward the shapes.

I will try to contact one of the others to see if there is somewhere to meet, otherwise, away will be fine for the moment.

Deej - write actual message maybe? Or someone in the library respond to their message?

I'm guessing Fab is going to be a bit busy with mini fab over the next few days so if you ladies from the warehouse want to join the others head on over.

Or you could try a different location from the list.
