Thank you all for the warm welcome!

Well, I hope to cover all the post replies with this one, so forgive me if I miss one

Games other than AA and Eve... There are other games? Well the list is long and distinguised but the top some odd are these BF2142, Guild Wars, Civ 4, Diablo 2 (oldskool.. w00t), Fallout series, and multiple console games, too many and too old to list here :D And yes, as Knight said, I am a large fan of the KOTOR series, and am anxiously awaiting #3 should that ever make it out of Bioware. :ninja:

Thank you for the offers of Pie and Pints.. would that be similar to Cake or Death? (sic Eddie Izzard) I'll take both in copious ammounts thank you.. You may have to remind me again to stay out of the door on the left after said pints, but i'm sure if I need my "shoes tied up" I'll head right over

Anyhoo, hope to see you all soon in one game or another :D Let me know whats hot and whats not as far as the online community is concerned :D

Cheers all!
K00p :buggered:

PS I didn't know they had a POD emoticon ??? :Pod: Very cool.. now where is the 'Geddon emote?

PSS Heh. W 0 W.. good joke :D

I'd rather see a Jade Empire 2, myself, since Bioware made that instead of KotOR2, which ended up a bit of a mess.

Also welcome, and see our xfire info to update your profile.

Riiight my bad.. they switched to Obsidian for 2 and yer right they really did botch it. Well, the ending, but its a huge let down when you've put in 40 + hours into a game only to get a crapped out ending. :x

And as far as I know Bioware has put everything else on the shelf until Mass Effect comes out :D That oughta be good.. well, when all three parts are finally out.

Cheers, K00p

I more blame LucasArts for wanting to rush it out for the Christmas season. Obsidian would have done better with more time I think. I still loved KotOR 2 a lot, and I await the Restoration mod greatly.

There are a few of us that play BF2142 a lot, I probably play it the most. go to the list in the Battlefield forum and add us in game!

Hellos

I tried out Fallout 1 the other day and was quite impressed, although it is a little too old for me to get that involved in it. Might try again later.

Yah may want to try Fallout:Tactics, Spoodie. Although some of the humour may be lost without playing the previous two, the new combat system is quite good. Much along the lines of the Jagged Alliance series. You can toggle between real time and turn based, which ever strikes your fancy, and the squad command options allow a little more strategic gameplay. Good game series all in all.

It's too good to NOT get involved.

I may try the first one again. I'd like to start from the beginning of the story.
