Slightly unrelated as IPTV doesn't mean usenet :P - but I've enjoyed NCIS recently. It is light hearted and fairly well written and acted. Worth a :sweep: to see if you like it.

I'm gonna try bum notice next i think.

For those of you having trouble with ITV's free ketchup dobber.

Code: Select all

    * Once the player should be playing, but is only showing a black screen.
    * Right-Click the player area and select Options, this will bring up a dialog, under the Video Acceleration section, click "Restore Defaults" and then click OK.
    * It will give you a warning that playing streams may be restarted, click OK, and then the Player start playing properly once it has rebuffered.
worked for me.

Playing with Hulu a bit now, using VyprVPN (as I get it for free) I'm sure other decent VPN services would work too, but likely to cost a few quid.

Seems that their web player is really good, better than anything I've used, not perfect, but bloody good.

30 second adverts every 10 minutes or so (4 per 45 minute show) which is moderately annoying, but less so than actual telly.

All told, good toy. :)
