Don't use warp scramblers, a 1 point 20km or better a T2 24km is the best these days due to the WCS nerf and the ability to grab people at far better ranges. 7.5km just ends up getting you in web range and most likely very dead. With a 24km you can avoid web and all but the better ranged nos.
