Also (as i suspect someone will ask)

Extract WEAPON.def from \expansion\ic\temp\ within the IC mod installer (use 7zip)

edit to suit your needs and save somewhere easy.

install the IC mod as usual, but as the dos window opens to compile the mod, copy your modified weapon.def into C:\Program Files\NovaLogic\Joint Operations Typhoon Rising\expansion\ic\temp\ (overwrite the existing)

It'll be taken by the installer as the real version, and give you happy overloaded weapons
