I appear to be the only one doing anything about the POS and corp stuff again. Come on guys, I post these instructions so you know what needs doing. Please help out, it's for your own damn good.

Right. Instructions were clearly too complicated. Here's a simple version:
Please move everything we own from JK- to high sec empire.
Thanks.
I have a headache, I'm going to lie down for a bit.

As Fea says, we ain't going anywhere yet, just putting some plans into actions to ensure the long term survival of 5punkorp should the worst happen. We can always put the POS back up, but if it pops we'd be a bit screwed. KW will remain our based of operations for now and we'll build replacement ships and modules in empire. Meanwhile I'm doing everything I can from an alliance management perspective to get realistic support from our allies.

I hate to play this Ace Friz.. but to semi quote you, "ISS isnt getting any more isk from us" Thus meaning our ships, our items to fit the ships, and our time.
I agree with this thought process, and I will not bring out any ships, items to fit the ships, but I will give my time. If ISS wants me to fight for them, I am a well rounded Amarr pilot, that can fly covert - ops and fly assult pretty well. They want me some place to defend?! I need a ship and fittings please. My ships and items are packed!!! They want me to use T'2 items (guns/hull items/repairers/MWD's) they need to supply them. Im tired of their "We Got XXX Billion in the bank" Well they want a war, they need to spend a little bit of that money.
Now... with that said, Friz and Fea... you guys need me to do something? NOT A PROBLEM! Im your man.

The corp has effectively shifted into full-time war mode these last few weeks. Once the last of the mining ships are gone there'll be nothing to do in 0.0 except fight, and KW will be our supply depot.
Well this is news to me, that being the case. I'll fit up some lower ships and see what I can do. I may not be on when you guys are, but 5punk will be Represented in the evenings then.
Maybe we can get more than 7 people to X up in C3 then.

Basically, I'm torn between my first loyalty which is to 5punkorp, and my responsibilities as a member of the management team for ISS, which is why I sometimes give a conflicting response, so apologies for that. Long and short of it is, IMHO ISS won't survive more than 5 days without significant external support (read: the BoB war machine) to turn the tide in C3. However, as management I can't say that publicly to ISS - I have to be all up beat and go get 'em and encourage the carebears in ISS to come out of their shells and fight, mainly since all our real PvPers turned tail and ran back to empire, the losers (but that's a different story). I have a lot of loyalty to ISS, the alliance has been good to us as a corp and Count in particular has been very accomodating (the loan for the carrier was his own isk btw). I'm also not a quitter and I intend to fight for ISS until her dying breath, despite the frustrations of seeing fellow members holed up in KW ratting and mining as if nothing had changed.
From the point of view of 5punkorp, I want to ensure that whatever happens we will remain a healthy, lucrative corp and maintain the not insignificant financial and industrial advantage that we've worked so hard to build up over the last year. This is what I mean when I said 'they're not getting anymore of our isk' - we've already lost a large POS (1 bill isk) in ZXIC, I sure as hell don't want to lose another. So we've packed up our expensive toys (and our insurance for the future) and it's in safe keeping until this whole shitstorm goes away. Meanwhile we'll continue to base out of the POS in KW, fighting where possible with isk neutral T1 ships and fittings.
Incidentally, nearly every POS currently in C3 and a good number of the ones in KW were bought from Alliance funds (approx 500mill each) and we've just bought a billion isk worth of fuel to keep them running. But income is non-existant and sadly the alliance coffers are empty after what amounts to 3 months of continual POS warfare. The mantra of 'omg ISS is rich pay us moniez' was the totally flawed argument that caused so many of ISSN to leave when frankly they should have known better. Don't fall prey to the same fatal misconception. The IPO is totally separate and untouchable. If we don't invest that isk and pay dividends to our shareholders, we'll be failing in our duty as a public corporation. We simply cannot burn it all away on the war, it's just not ours to spend.
In summary, as a corp we're in a position to hunker down and fight for the Alliance, whilst minimising the risk of ruining ourselves in the process. By all means keep a ratting boat in KW if you need to grab a quick hour for generating instant isk, but most of us will be in C3 fighting until we run out of ships.

How many t1 mods do we have in C3?
If the answer is not much I can try and drag some down later on when I bring my raven back to C3 (assuming I can get a scout that is)

All hardners have been taken down and such. All that remain are the guns and hangers. Could not do the guns due to the issue Bug issue with hangers and such. Hope to have this fixed in tonights down time, if not I'll send a stuck report to get all the ammo taken out of the guns at least so we can take them down and the pos as well.
If this is too soon on the guns thing let me know. Might be a good idea to leave them up and stuck, untill we are ready to move things out.

Many thanks Q. Devs say the bug should be fixed after DT today. Fea: What's the chances of you being on tonight to haul stuff out? Or do we need to cheat?
Are people up for a Thursday night 5punkfleet Leaving the South ceremony? We can take whatever ships we want or don't mind losing (I'll take my raven) and run the Doril pipe up through empire to BWF, shooting Goons, IAC and Privateers on the way. There'll be a prize bumming for whoever makes it to BWF in one piece
