Perhaps not architecture as such but the unique elements to Dishonoured, the crazy whale oil powered electric fences, the guards booths and the rest are distinctive and brutal. Not something I would want to stare at but they do draw your eye.
:above: it reminded me of City 17 in parts too. Two distinct styles of architecture together, but one just dropped in with no regard to what was under it.

There's a very good reason there are resemblances between HL2 and Dishonoured - they were both realised art by director Victor Antonov.

Ah yes, I'd forgotten that was one of the first details to come out about Dishonored. Makes sense now!

I wanted to resurrect this thread to comment on Wolfenstein: New Order's amazing brutalist buildings. Nothing says oppression quite like concrete buttresses.
