I have not read Tom Holland.

Unfortunately living in Britain I am without the cleaner and drivers I was used to living abroad. I must say having a little fella in a white cap with a stunning moustache beat back the peasantry as I lumber towards the car or an old woman whispering "oh jesus" as she moves furniture after a wild weekend binge is the life for me.

Where can I go to get a butler in this country for £40 a month? or a driver (which comes with car and fuel) for £1/day?
