Impressive, they've replied already asking if I want a refund. I haven't actually had it confirmed that they will (they say the payment has come out but my bank statement says otherwise), but assuming they do I'm pretty pleased with their customer service.

Sorted, they cancelled the server and refunded the charge within an hour of raising the ticket. Excellent customer service, I'd definitely recommend them for our next server based on that (and the server was pretty good too).
