For this time, as you're planning some sort of enduro-mining affair, I suggest that whoever is leading keep a rough log of time served, and the 20% player cut gets divided much as Q suggested. Down to minutes might be going a little far, hopefully you'll be able to think of it in hours or shifts.

While I do agree with the weekend ops and tossing out this spread sheet, thats all fine with me.
The issue is this. Lets say You, can only be around for say 30 mins. And I could use some help hauling. I've got ratting covered, and all is well in the belts. Dont you want to get "Paid" for your time? Hell dude.. the amount of time you save me from having to break off from mining, change ships, move the ore and a much less rate that you can. Its WORTH IT! soooo.. lets look at some isky numbers. Say it would take me 30 mins to move this stuff that I've spent the past 120 mins mining.
@ 90 mill an hour, thats 45 mill that we've lost, by me not mining!
Now someone wants to spend their time Ratting, thats fine by me. And Im not gonna ask for their share of the take. But, if I can pay you 15 mill, (45 mill / 3 = 15 mill) for 30 mins of their work. DONE DEAL!
This is truely a numbers game. I think the best way I could put it is this. In empire you can buy a shuttle for 9k, in 0.0 your gonna spend 100k why? The amount of time that it would take you to run to empire, buy the shuttle, run back to 0.0 you would spend how much time? And in that time if you go kill one ratt spawn, you can make say 500k to 2 mill. With this example. Are ya gonna go spend the 9k or the 100k?
30 mins of anyones time = about 15 mill with me. 1 person mining, 1 person hauling, 1 person tanking. Granted its not always the best ores. We will need the smaller ores as well to make the FLEET that I can only imagine that Fea and Friz have going around in their heads.

Well in this example mining Bistot, Teh Bomber will make 47 mill for his 120 mins worth of work.
If you cant tank haul, if you cant haul, mine, if you cant mine using a coveter/retriever, get some miner 2's. No it will not count if your out there in a frig, with 2 miner 2's
