Indeed, but Appendix 7 also states that you don't need one at a destination that bears the first or last name of any famous fictional secret agents.

That means I can only go to Dollis Hill
This activates the 'Dollis Hill Loop' Meaning ALL alternanting moves must be to Dollis Hill.
With the Christmas lights in play, it means the loop can only be broken by progression to any player with 3 gold tokens to a station with a water related title.
