Yep, get paid full cpl wage, well as close to my normal pay as possible but its still an extra £250 a month

Well I suppose seaing as it takes about 40 years to reach the rank of corporal in the RAF you should get paid for local.
Don't work that way in the army, you need to be acting to get the wage.

I think it must vary then, because they weren't going to pay me for local acting. Then they decided that seeing as I was pretty much doing the job of two corporals anyway they'd just leave me the rank I was. Cheers.

I wasn't get paid as a real corporal for about 7 months, but it all got back paid so I was a happy bunny in the end.
