Right then, how about the weekend of 5th-6th Feb? If not, looks like the next possible dates will be March, of which I cant do the first weekend but im otherwise open to suggestions. Anyone that doesn't work for?
I somehow missed this when you first posted it...

He has 2-sided dice. So do I. I'm guessing you do too. They are commonly referred to as "coins".

5-6th Sounds good to me. Did you settle on a two-day thing, or are you going for the 4th-7th?

I'm thinking 4th to 7th, but with the Friday being a set up day, and Monday being a piss off home day. That way will minimise the amount people will miss if they can only do sat-sun.

To be fair, most of the action happens at night any way, so people will still get a 2 or 3 night event even if they arrive late.

I'd be along sometime on the Saturday, as the 4th I'm on a night shift, and will be hideously tired.
But hey, beardage prevails.

I'll have to check up with Mrs Pants, but I should have leave and maybe even money by then.

I petitioned Mrs Pants a little while ago and I'm waiting for the idea to sink in.

Woo!
As long as you are not too fussy about sleeping space, we don't have a problem housing that many people here. It does make me think though, there is no way you could have one game with all those people involved at once. Any ideas on the best way to handle that?

It would probably soak up most of the weekend and be a nightmare to sit everyone around a table big enough.
I'm thinking we have 2 or 3 campaigns and the gm's run 2/3 groups who rotate and we can then compare all the campaigns to see the different ways people do it?
Or lots of quick fire mini ones across all the systems we run?
