Possibly. Quite hard to put a finger on it really. Parts of the story were great, like the vampire thing (or subplots anyway). I think the lack of Fallout old skool humour and the fact that every 'mission' was so convoluted I just got fed up trying to resolve them in the end. I guess it just felt disjointed and the gameplay/exploration wasn't enough to compensate, in a the way that Dragons Age or The Witcher managed to build superlative stories with sub standard gameplay and Oblivion (like it or not) managed to build an interesting enough world to keep you occupied despite a second rate story.
