I'm still on DA3.40, has anyone tried the newer custom firmwares by that other group?

So am I. Bless Mr. Alex D'Arc and his Network Update.
Also, hurrah for purchased PSN games working properly now.
I'm experimenting with the Radio now. It seems to be just a Flash player in a browser window, except the main browser functions are disabled for no apparent reason.

I've not tried either of these yet. I'm tempted to buy Destruction Derby through the PS3 but I'm not sure if it's worth it..

Think I might still be on the 3.40 one, or whatever was out when I bought the PSP. Is it worth upgrading again and risking bricking? Not really using the PSP much just now to be honest, I keep forgetting to take it places with me.

The risk is minimal and it's just as easy as last time to update it, as long as you read through the readme's. The worst part is finding the older official firmwares from Sony, as they don't come in the .RAR files anymore

Will all PS1 games work on the PSP? I'm tempted to sweep GT2 again as the small amounts of PORQ have brought back fond memories of my times playing GT and GT2 on the old console.
Incidentally, having episodes of 24 on the PSP makes time pass far quicker when in the gym and ensures that I actually stay for at least 45 mins.
Want to buy a second memory card for it though as there are fair few games and shows I'd like to have available.

Yep, pretty much every PS1 game will work on the PSP providing you have a recent version of custom firmware.

I shall be trying this shortly, I'll make/buy one of those batteries so any of you disgusting lot can borrow it off me.

Right then bummers, in preparation for my holiday in a couple of weeks I'm seeing what stuff I can get working on my PSP. I have an eboot of Gran Turismo 2 but think it was broken so I'm "making" another. However, the reason I'm posting is I'm wondering if anyone has tried using ScummVM on their PSP? There is one available, and although I know how to put ScummVM onto the psp, I don't know how to put the games on there, especially things like Curse of Monkey Island which comes on 2 CDs. Anyone got any ideas?
As an aside, I've also acquired a load of mobile games and found that there is a JAR of Cannon Fodder!
Hundreds more that I've not even looked through yet, but they're all available at your nearest demonic bit of floor.
