The site's moved on a little from gaming, so a pure gaming theme isn't entirely representative. Memes are fun, but as you say are a bit inaccessable. Maybe start with games, with memes later. If your post count is high enough to get the rank, you'll probably get the meme.

I think the punishment ranks need a bit of a shake up. Been a long time since bob47. The spammer one isn't used at all is it? And in honour of Eion's sad departure I think we should retire the grammar nazi rank as it was his favourite.

I like pete's custom rank idea, but it should be a merit badge kind of thing, when you've firmly established yourself in 5punk (lololol) we will craft a unique one of a kind rank icon for you.

It used to be one of the merits of donating to the site.

Not really a rank icon, but why don't we have an icon for bashes in the 5cheduler? We have one for LAN parties but we seem to have more bashes than we have LAN parties.

Did we ever decide on if donators got custom ranks? New ranks? Everyone had a custom rank? Were we going to leave it until the fabled 5punk 2.0 arrives? Can we have double rainbow as a rank?
