Ahh yes. I forgot about that bit. I did need to buy a full retail activation code, I can't recall the price, pretty cheap I think.

heh...wish you guys played this about a year + 1/2 ago...I have a 50 emp/rad Def, a 45 bow/energy blaster and a 32ish ice/storm controller on Guardian.
but about hover and fly...its fun when you first play CoH...but Fly SUCKS. Its quite slow and END hungry unless you slot it up and its best to use them for the good powers. The best "travel" power IMHO is SuperJump as you dont even need to slot it and its fast...and fun

and you get 2 defensive powers from that set.
as far as hover goes...its nice when you are a healer/controller so you can see/target but needs to be 3slotted with fly speed to be a decent non-turtle speed.
btw if you dont already know...its best not to put more than 3 of the same enhancements in the same power...as the % returns are...how u say...teh suckage?
