It was all going so well in the first sentence and then the grammerz just went and failed in the second.
I think giving this a 9/10 is a bit over generous personally. It was a lot better than the previous film which was utter shite, but it wasn't great. Also it wasn't terrible either but so many omissions from the book annoyed me rather and the whole thing seemed very disjointed. Lurching from scene to scene without a great deal of flow to it.
I would give it a slightly damning 7/10
