I'd just say buy an intellimouse, a good one with 5 buttons. The one that's not ambidextrous and has 2 buttons under the thumb would be my choice when I get around to replacing mice again.

Already got one :D However it's become a bit broken and the plastic has pretty much deteriorated.
I just fancied a change narf and fulfil my chavy mouse dreams 8D
