Spec me some decent in-ear headphones, bitches!

If you touch your software enough does it become hardware?

I've not browsed it in a while, but this site was full of good advice across all price ranges the last time I looked. I ended up buying a pair of base spec etymoticsfor about 100 Euros. They are full on in-ear fellas (like shure) and give about 25 dB of sound abatement without any circuitry. I really liked them and on planes they were a god-send. Sound quality was as Berk points out, better than the MP3 quality on my pod so I wouldn't buy better if I were to replace them today. I broke them eventually of course. Currently I just use shitty ones as I don't really need headphones much, most of my travelling is done by car these days.
