Me! I haven't had any booze for three weeks; I'm quite the social outcast.

I've found the best way is to carry on drinking at the same rate, but start later. So my rule now is no booze before 8pm on school nights. As I aim to be in bed by midnight, that has effectively reduced by daily intake by 1 glass a night without really noticing.

I pretty much don't drink at all. I'm not against it, just my body is a temple, and all that. Plus I get to see the bad side of alcohol a lot, which doesn't help.

I very rarely drink during the week to be honest (Friday doesn't count!). I sometimes have a couple of beers if there is a 5punk game/TS session, but not all the time. This weekend however I intend to break the borders of reality with my alcohol consumption.
