When I'm in the mood for one I generally wander into a shop. I've never really managed to buy concurrent issues of anything as I forget all the time, then get annoyed when I re-read and look for the sequel to a story only to find I didn't buy it.

TJ - graphic novel I read years ago, it has some old dude with a huge axe who is a bad ass fighter and everyone thinks he's too old and lost his touch but he shows them he can still kick ass. Set in olden days, all viking/knight/monster. Anyone get bells ringing as to what it was called. I got it from the library and want to re-read it.

Ebay is also sometimes a source of good cheapness.

Page45's my local Failing that, having a bit of a sweep up for cbr files does the trick. Though, to be fair, I tend not too. There's something nice about having a comic.

point well made.

Also, Is the character with the pipe and the green jacket that says "I wish, it's machine code" Philip Mortimer from Blake and Mortimer?

Also, the only viking related comic i know is thorgal, but I strongly doubt that's it.

That reminds me: I read...something with Madrox in it a while back. Cant remember what it was called, but it had a scene where he fell down some stairs. It went "ow. owow. owowowow. owowowowowowowow..."

He makes me lol.

/wonders how many people will get the reference.

I'm working my way through Y:The last man at the moment, good story, occasionally nice and fucked up.

Now I'm paid I'm gonna get the rest of wasteland, another cowboy post apocalypse one called scalped and I'm possibly gonna have a look at some more of the punisher stuff because it's nice and brutal.

What's the gist of the feakangels story?

As mentioned to Joose last night, you need to check out Wormwood: Gentleman Corpse. It really is good.

I think you will - it's like spending an afternoon in the pub with HP Lovecraft whilst Aliens plays on the TV.

... or Druss The Legend (I'm not sure they did graphic novels for him though).
