congarats!
Both times ive had virgin installed involved putting in cables. The first time went in in less than a week. The second time went in pretty quick once I had persuaded them that it was actually possible.

QFT. I removed the other bits because I still live with the ex and I'm very bitter.
(I'm here because I've fixed the 'rents steam powered dell box and given it a ddr injection, now it does stuff (ish).)
