Premieres Thursday, October 9th at 10pm et/pt
ELEVENTH HOUR from acclaimed producer Jerry Bruckheimer follows Dr. Jacob Hood, a brilliant biophysicist and special science advisor to the government, as he investigates scientific crises and oddities. His jurisdiction is absolute and Hood is dogged in his pursuit of those who would abuse and misuse scientific discoveries and breakthroughs for their own gain. His passion and crusade is to protect the substance of science from those with nefarious motives. He is called in at the eleventh hour and he represents the last line of defense. Special Agent Rachel Young is the decorated FBI protection officer assigned to watch Hood’s back. Based on the British miniseries by acclaimed writer Stephen Gallagher.
So, how was the miniseries?

ooh, also Eleventh Hour follows the fast-paced life of Jacob Hood (Rufus Sewell), a special science adviser to the government, who, with his bodyguard, Rachel Young (Marley Shelton), not far behind, works against the clock to protect the world from the worst abusers of science.

sounds like it might be regenesis type thing.

edit:

apparently it's a remake of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eleventh_H ... series)</a> which I never saw.

My Own Worst Enemy.

Kinda a modern Jekyll and Hyde type thing, but with a normal bloke and a spy.

2nd ep aired on, um. a day.

Quite enjoying it so far, the action and drama is a good balance for me.

I think its been mentioned before while there was a preair floating about. but Time Warp has been picked up, 4 eps have aired so far. (all different to the preair)

Basically, It's 2 blokes with high speed cameras doing stuff, often looks awesome.

Strangely entertaining.

Anyone been watching Testees?

It really doesn't seem like it should be good, but somehow it keeps managing to amuse me.

Sarah Connor started on Virgin again last night, but I haven't watched it yet.

I quite liked the last series, while part of me is outraged that they would mess with something so sacred, they stay within the spirit if not the canon.
It is entertaining enough and all ultimately pointless as each iteration of the films' stories overwrites the last anyway.
