I'm not a trekkie, but do remember enjoying watching it a bit when I was young. Never been one for getting into the lore of anything though, and as Doggers said, Star Trek is nerdy in a bad way. However, the idea of a MMONG sounds quite interesting, but as ever I guess it's a case of waiting for some form of release (fnar fnar) and see what it's actually like in practice. Any idea on beta/release dates yet?

I'm just glad it's been picked up by another developer. I think dates are a bit premature at this stage, there doesn't appear to be any news on them. But I will be keeping my ear to the ground.

I quite fancy getting my teeth into a space mmong early. Eve is good, but too populated for my liking.

And yet you don't think a star trek MMO is going to get the a zerg like geek rush

I would try it for awhile it would be nice though if you can fly a ship solo and then beem youre self down to a cool looking planet and walk around or shoot things:)
