This.

Out of interest, how much did people spend at the last LAN? I was wondering what the total for everything (food, drink, machine hire etc, but excluding transport) was. Money is going to be tighter than a jam-jar lid to a girl.

Timing-wise, mid May onwards is good for me.

My expenses were roughly as follows;
Food to take to LAN (Crisps, drinks) - £5.00
Breakfasts and Dinners at the LAN - £20.00
Lunches (To be found where possible) - £5.00
Admission and Machine hire - £30.00

Total - £60.00

Ok, so including transport, it would be under £100 then. Interesting......

I shall ponder this further, but put me down for a definitely maybe.

Lunch on day one was dead cheap I believe. Consisting of chips and something I picked up at a service station.
Lunch on day two consisted of people running off and finding what they wanted. The little group I was in found a pub and had a sunday lunch.

If it's in birmingham, I'd love to go. I could possibly interest some b3tans, also. I don't think I could haul my computer all the way up there, though. I'm usually free.
