Don't do this.
Before I did a swapsie for my Corsair 620w, I couldn't phsyically fit the Tagan 650w (might have been 550 or 575) into my Antec P180. the big chunk of cables were a pita and I nearly attacked them with pliers and a soldering iron.

how often have you heard of cheaper being better quality? it just doesn't happen in my experience, you get what you pay for
Don't get me wrong, I know all that but more expensive most definitely not mean better quality. I just wanted to know if anyone has heard anything bad about these mushkin PSUs as they seem to be pretty new and unheard of. It seems no one really has much knowledge about the one I was looking at. While I don't disagree that the Corsair and Enemax models are probably a much safer use of my money, I haven't heard very many solid reasons why the mushkin is not good and should be avoided.
Of course this is all moot now as I've found a good deal on the Enermax Liberty, and I'll be buying that soon.
Also, my GPU's temps have dropped by 5-10°C. Yay! I replaced the side duct (can be seen here) with a fan because my pikey motherboard using a CPU expansion board for my AM2 CPU.
Something I did transplanting my PC into the new case and replacing the PSU seems to have given my PC a boost, World in Conflict's built in benchmark went from 24 fps to 32 fps, without changing any settings. Also, TEEF seems to be running faster as well. My test so far has been to load up the Dev Commentary for cp_well, and head to the last blue point, where they have all the classes. Before I'd get roughly 40-45 fps there, but now it's closer to 55-65 fps. The real test will be on a full server though, I should be able to try that out tonight.
Also worth noting, my PC must weigh like 40 pounds or something.
I knew you two would comment about the weight thing.
I suspect that the insufficient power going to the GPU meant that it wasn't running at full speed. That and I blew quite a lot of dust out of my CPU's heatsink.

Well yeah, I think my PSU weighs more than that
