im tooling up for caiger mall thing,
what should i buy next?

i was thinking either:
advanced pistol
advanced shotgun
shopping

seeing as we are in a mall, would shopping be needed to find ammo?

Shopping's not that useful from what I gather. Personally I'd go for Necrotech Lab Experience or first aid.

THIS :above:

Being a zombie sucks, and I can see why it's not very appealing in the game

It's fine if you're a career zombie like my alt character: spoodead
I suppose in theory you should act like a zombie when you are one rather than try to get revived, like Dog Pants said, but I just didn't want to.

I've got pianoman scouting it out but it'll be a while before the Mall Tour hits it, I'd suggest stocking up as much as possible and sticking to the Waugh for the moment

Official Zombie Mall Tour thread:

http://zombies.desensitised.net/board/i ... c=5326.275

This will probably their route:

Code: Select all

Mitchem -> Giddings -> Dowdney -> Bale  -> Calvert -> Caiger
Might not be too long though, on average they're taking down a Mall every 2 days!!

From memory the Blackholler Arms is best place to head near Caiger - vrey strongly barricaded and with lots of people inside.

Yeah that looks like a pretty good location, if there are anough people in there to keep the barricades up all the time and stop it from being overrun it would be a good base for the mall seige, bonus being next to a Necrotech building, and super bonus that it's a pub!! :ahoy:

It can't be more than a few days before the Mall Tour hits Caiger, from what I've been reading on the forums. It sounds like they're expecting strong resistance.

I'm going to spend the that time stocking up on meds and syringes and try to get myself a flak jacket from the police station or junkyard just SW of the mall.

flack jacket?

i keep getting those when im trying to get ammo. i had about 5 at one point. under the impression that having one is as good as having five, i dropped four. Was this a good idea? or do they absorb more if you wear more?

Wiki says "yes"

It seems as though they dont wear out or become damaged themselves and any more than one is useless.

* UrgentHealer said "I know it's been mentioned by quite a few people already, me included, but while the mall tour hasn't come here yet, there are other malls to help defend. Ackland Mall is doing a good job with 300+ zombies outside right now, but they can use more help" (01-24 21:50 GMT)

im there
