I know we're 5punkorp, but that's just too far.

I nominate Bomber for Head of Propaganda, spreading 5punk throughout the galaxy!

I now have Anchoring lvl 3 so can help with the setting up (although I may have to borrow someones ship (I can do any Amarr Indie and up to Gallante Iteron IV), or have someone borrow mine for the journey)

[quote="amblin"]This is a good point Fab, do all of our haulers need the anchoring skill, or can we do this with one person? The first thing to do is anchor and activate the control tower, then set up guns!quote]

We only really *need* one person with the anchoring skill at lv 3, as we're none too likely to move the pos around at will. However, if everyone has anchoring trained up to lv 1, that'd be great.

I guess that the more people with anchoring we have at the time of set-up, the quicker we will be able to get it up and running and fully defended

Fab, could you haul the (when obviously we get one!) control tower in an indie with a cloak? :ninja:
Sadly my indie only goes at about 12m/s when cloaked

Im fairly sure Hehulk has instas done for the journey already. I'll be scouting (probably 1 jump) ahead to avoid us getting jumped

I do have instas for period basis, but since ISS arn't alowed into there any more, and querious isn't looking like a nice place to go, unles we want to set up camp on the edge of a war zone...

They are going to be geting access to tenal sometime soon though. couldn't tell me when, but it's a nice region. Got a few BMs for it, but not alot. As for right now, honestly, it all looks decidly dicy. there's fecking wars everywhere we're allowed to go. Kinda leaves us with but 2 choices. move into a war zone, make some quick isk and enjoy it, or hold off for a few months until it all blows over.

I vote go for it, as long as we can provide sufficient firepower for the rig to protect itself

:boogie:

Oh, I've also knocked up a spreadsheet for working out the repayments for when we get back out there (assuming that we pay back those who lent money before disributing to everyone although changes can easily be made to this to reflect otherwise if need be)

That's it though, can we provide the firepower? The last few forays into 0.0, combat or otherwise, have resulted in us wearing our arses as hats. Blasting out with half a dozen BCs and BSs is all well and good, but if we meet a hostile battlegroup with tacklers et al we'll likely be outmaneouvred. And that's without taking into account that we'll be escorting slow indies so can't just run.

Sorry if I sound pessimistic, but if I'm wrong then use this as an opportunity to post some tactical plans and put my mind at rest.

I do apologise, I completely misread your post. I was thinking more for the actual exodus. Which incidentally reminds me of Battlestar Galactica :)

So 5punkorp is relocating to deep space? What does this mean for people who are taking a break from eve/new players? Since I intend to come back soon but i'm thinking about starting again as a gallente since i dont like the caldari ships.

If you've done a few skills already it may be worth just retraining for Gallante ships (will help save time if your character has done some training on learning stuff)
As for getting new people out to Depp Space, im sure insta-jumps can be provided to get out and also escorts can probably be arranged :excited:
