I think i've managed to get these points as well.

It'd been literally years since my last unlock, then 3hrs playing as a support guy and whoring ammo packs, and i ended up with 3 unlocks. i'm a happy bunny now, cos i've got my PKM, DAO12 and my G36e unlocks sorted. happy days

That takes me from lance corporal to sergeant. I guess by "active" users they meant recently-played ones, as my other code hasn't had the bonus. Also I think I can still apply SF to this account, so that's potentially six new guns - one more unlock on the other account, and that's a full set - not bad for a total of 35 hours play.
