I've had pretty much the same experience, but in keeping with the title of this thread:

I read somewhere that if you edit the INI to unlock all the weapons they BAN you if you go online. Seems a completely over-the-top reaction to what seems like a minor config change to me.

I know that you are supposed to *earn* the weapons by playing on ranked servers, but after several hours play I am dismayed to have only earned about 3 pixels on the 'time to next rank' graph. At that rate the game will be in the "bored of" box long before I even attain the rank of latrine digger.

Every server I have played on doesn't allow the unlocked weapons, anyway. At least there's not a subscription charge. /ducks

Stinks of wrong to me, the master server list will block any IPs using that hack for a week, that's it.
