The second film in Grindhouse, Death Proof, talks about the white Dodge Challenger from Vanishing Point. A lot.

the image size was more than big enough, i just sat for ages thinking, where have i seen that fucking screen before! then i gave in, went to the disco board and suddenly i remembered!
