That's an easy one. It's 10mm std, you've all seen hundreds of them. Pressing down on the rounds gives you just enough room for a couple more, so it's fired off two rounds at most. Popping them out you count 28 left.

Okay, I'll reload it and stow it away, no sense leaving it to be used against us...

I think we should do a sweep of the room. Slowly, methodically, and making sure we stay in sight of each other at all times.
Roughly how big is the room, or is it too dark/stuffed with machinery to tell?

Re: SLA Industries: Binary Soul
Too dark and cluttered for you to tell at the moment.

Re: SLA Industries: Binary Soul
If my last one expired I'll stick up another Ebb orb. If it's still going then I'll do some wandering around and Detecting (rolls to follow).
Re: SLA Industries: Binary Soul
How long does it last? You've been in here about half an hour so far. Also, who still has their communicator still on?

I've had it on in the background.
Re: SLA Industries: Binary Soul
What order are you all in then? The machine hall can be roughly divided into five alleys between the machinery, courtesy of the three production lines which meander and merge at various points.

All I know about order is that I'm the first one in. I'll keep looking around then for stuff to look at.Do you guys hear anything on the radio? I get the feeling something really doesn't want us down here.
Re: SLA Industries: Binary Soul
Those of you with motion scanners (most likely Deject and Dirk with their HUD overlays) notice among the noise and blips a solid trace from right where the armoured corpse was lying. The machinery prevents either of you seeing what's happening, but you reckon Hal, currently poking about with a flashlight and with his back to the blip, probably has line of sight.

Erm...I'll turn around I guess. I kind of don't want to though
Re: SLA Industries: Binary Soul
Shall we bullet time then?
You turn to see the armoured corpse from earlier standing in the middle of the aisle holding a handgun. His jaw hangs open and his hollow eyes are vacant. It's as though he's a puppet. As you look at him he starts to raise the gun.

You'll have to run over first, this is happening in bullet time, it's just that Joose is slow to postRoman Totale wrote:I shall take aim. With my hand.
