As you move into the room you get the odd blip of motion. It appears and disappears from various points around the room (you assume - you can't see all the walls). Also in the dim light you spot another corpse slumped against a machine. This one, from your distance, looks to be armoured.

I hope the past 180 years in armor development have been good ones.
I'll head towards the armored guy cautiously, AR at the ready.

The corpse is wearing what looks to be an undamaged but ancient (although still recognisable) set of Blocker. Its helmet is off and it has a pistol in one hand. Behind its head there's a large splatter of dried gore and brains covering the machinery.

Eraser is 7'8" without armour.
The guys who are writing the next edition of SLA have said they envisioned them more at the 9' mark. Eraser is actually a shortarse as far as stormers go.

Im getting some serious

from this. Hang on, this armoured dead guy has his helmet off? Is it there with him, or is it entirely missing? Im wondering if he has maybe offed himself for some reason, could one of you forensic types work out if thats the case?

His helmet's lying on the ground nearby. The pistol is DarkNight by the look of it, although slightly different to the ones you normally encounter. A closer look at the corpse reveals the back of its skull missing.

Missing like an exit wound, or missing like something crawled out of it?

Without a forensics or pathology roll you can only speculate.

Whatever is going on, I sure as hell don't like it. How did we get stuck with this BPN anyways?
Deej looks around the room in disgust at everything he sees for a few seconds.
Ugh, let's just get this over with as soon as possible.

Does your Oyster thing pick up wireless signals? We're here to investigate unusual data flow - I wonder how this data flow got flagged to the company?

I believe last time I asked a similar question, Pantsu said that the Oysters only use the SLA wireless data connection, so it won't be much help in this case.

You can't see all the room by the way, you've not even found the other door amongst the machinery yet. You're also still getting spurious motion signals.

How many bullets in the clip of the gun, how many should it have (at a guess), and do we have a bullet type/size?
