Let me sum this up quickly. We're most likely 244 levels below the hostages and we want to risk setting off an alarm? Neh.

Dirk, what's the plan?

Kt'rr opens the door.

Nothing appears to happen. The door opens into an open plan office which takes up most of the floor, and is full of cubicles. A couple of phones are ringing.

I don't suppose my radar or motion scanners are picking up any enemies?

Detect (4): 10, 4 + 4 = 18

Nope, everything looks clear.

I will head towards the elevators then, attempting to be sneaky of course.

Sneak (4): 8, 2 + 4 = 14
Hide (4): 5, 6 + 4 = 15

Crossing the office floor amongst the cubicles nothing looks out of the ordinary apart from the lack of people. You reach the elevator, it's sat on your floor with the doors closed.

It is a bit worrying. Why was the elevator sent to this floor? If anyone was on it, where did they go?

Actually, are there any actual offices on this floor? Also, I can have the floor plan on my HUD yes?

There are a couple of supervisor offices in the corners. And yes, you can download the building plans into your HUD navamap.

Want me to try and open the lift?

Brainrot curiously walks over to a random ringing phone and picks it up.

Also, try the elevator calling button or whatever before you break that thing up, y'know, remember the lobby. :P

Some dude on the phone starts asking you about wheel speed sensor shortages.

I will head for the office with the best view of the elevators then.

Well the office is open plan, and the supervisor rooms are in the corner. The elevators and stairwell are arranged like the 5 on a die, with the stairs being the middle spot. So no office is better than any other, really.

Well then I'll start at which ever one is closer, or if they are all equidistant, then I'll pick one at random.

There's one closest to the elevator that you're stood next to, which is the one that moved. Is that what you meant originally?

Brainrot employs a voice which somewhat resembles Ryan Stiles speaking with a northern accent.
Brainrot wrote:Yeah, uh, I'm new here, could you detail the situation?
Then he misplaces the phone quietly and returns to the team.
