Black pudding can be picked up at the local butcher, will go and grab a bit on Thurs.
Will also get some Krispy Kremes for Mr J's enjoyment on Thurs from Tesco in city centre.
The rest can probably be covered by a quick sojourn to Tesco (literally 5 minutes drive away, link on first post in thread).

Saturthings/Sundaythings
There are restauranty places huddled away in the Yew Tree part of Yardley, which are actually pretty decent, and failing that there's a new Wetherspoons. I believe there's a (overpriced) tapas bar and a few sit-down curry houses that are good.
Prometheus is on at the Giant Screen (former IMAX theatre) in town centre.
