I think grimmie should of had practice befor doing the match than it might of been a bit even but he was rustydeject wrote:I hate to say it, but Grimmie got fucking whipped.
I am thoroughly convinced that the superweapon general sucks. The EMP towers might stop vehicles, but they are ineffective against a lot of things.

I don't know about that... the aircraft general has no more advantages than any other US general against the SW gen. And that's what, one type of plane? I think the infantry general might be more of a problem. Insidious.Grimmie wrote:Ah, I just wasnt thinking. I think I pointed out to someone else that the SW's biggest foe would be the aircraft fella. I truely was a retard for picking it =) Well done, Sticky.

Infantry general? against SW? nyet. One of those bunker/gun emplacements with a few snipers in. infantry general gets pwned. If you can get in there before he gets the promotions, maybe, but you'd have to work fast.Sticky Label wrote: I don't know about that... the aircraft general has no more advantages than any other US general against the SW gen. I was under the impression that the airforce general had better aircraft defenses, so was less likely to get hit by the EMP. Or is that the laser guy?
Either way, I think the stealth or the demo guy could be quite effective against the SW, due to them having ways to get around the defenses.

grimmie builds EMP towers
Sticky flies king raptors over
EMP missles never get close to king raptors
grimmies defense can't do shit and he get's owned
To combat an air horse general you either need a lot of avengers, gatling turrets, or those quadcannon things. I've noticed the quadcannons can somehow shoot dow auroras before they hit their target.

Ive not looked at them specifically, but all of the AA weapons *can* shoot down auroras when they are alledgedly invincable, if the person using them is a little daft. If you send them in big chunks, the AA shoots at the one in the lead, but hits the guys behind. I know gatling cannon work like that too, and emp.deject wrote:I've noticed the quadcannons can somehow shoot dow auroras before they hit their target.
Tip Of The Day: send in auroras either no more than two at a time, in slightly different flightpaths, or with a slight delay between them. Or they will get pwnd.

nah, I mean I've seen an lone aurora get shot down by a couple of quad cannons on it's way to a target.Joose wrote:Ive not looked at them specifically, but all of the AA weapons *can* shoot down auroras when they are alledgedly invincable, if the person using them is a little daft.
