Guys, if people get ahead of the phase I have to keep track of multiple actions, in the right order, of up to 6 people. Or I have to keep spazzing back pages to work out what the hell is going on, every phase. Neither make my life easy.

Nah, just puts you on -2 in the torso. That's two wounds and a PHYS -2 roll. Also a 20% chance of having some sort of more serious injury like broken ribs or a punctured lung. You're dead on 0 total hits.

We were struggling to figure out damage values, working on the old pen rules for melee, it looks like Feebs is very dead.
But uh, yeah. If you can verify how dead/alive she is we'll update the character sheet.

I'm not too bothered, go with whatever the character sheet says. -2 in the torso sounds reasonable, and Mr Skinny wouldn't have been following the attack up once Phoebe looked injured enough to not be a threat. I'm not trying to kill anybody this BPN (doesn't mean it won't happen though).

You get there on 3. This gives Grimmie a shot. Eraser might well have got in the way, but for the sake of cinematics I'll say he hasn't.
Your defence of 5 is a negative modifier to his attack. On 3 though he quickly magholds his Warmonger and draws a Power Claymore.

When we said she had 17 out of 19 total - we meant it. She was on 2 total HP remaining, not torso.
If he didn't take that final shot then we'll assume she's concious but out of action?

Ah, right. See, that's why I changed torso hit points to 2/3 of total hits. Stops people going from alive and fighting to dead in one hit point. All her damage was to the torso, so for 1/3 of those she should have been making phys rolls and bleeding, both of which, in theory, should be encouraging to lie down and stay still until someone can come along and stop her dying. Since I'm so confused, it's Punkchuck's choice.
As for Grimmie's shot, as far as he can tell it hits right in the 'nade tube, but not a lot happens.
