Christ, medium? Jon you madthing.
I'll put myself to one side - but between Jon's car and the chasers.
Close to Jon and Medium from the patrol cars.
Do I need to declare drone positions?

That would be Jon, and he's doing that
Mr Joose, as I'm in AR I also have 2 actions...

Right! Time to shoot something.
I'll take aim and call a shot to observe the closest chasing car for any area where bullets are going to do most damage, engine compartment/tyres etc.
Intuition 4 + Perception 3 +4 cybereyes +2 actively looking = 13
=6 hits

Hopefully the tires are going to be melted though I am not sure how effective my flamethrower is against them at the horse I can reasonably cast it.

Well, given car acts before you, you may just melt the fuck out of the tarmac in front of a wildly veering car who dodges majical flames.
Hows about don't cast it heavy handed and try to blow them up unless you need to. Just some flames licking across the windscreen might be enough to scare them off, given less dead people is a chance at a (bigger) bonus.

Oh trust me I I can't cast it hard at all it's got far too much Drain. And I don't think it will miss, as I'm still using my dice pool of 14 against their Reaction so it would have to be a damn fine roll to get more hits than me..

So just because it's a fancy sports car it's going to have a turntable, a cassette player, an eight track and possibly a midget orchestra in the glove compartment? More likely to not even possess any on-board sound system at all given the ability to listen using a pan to anything you want.
But a dash mounted vinyl system sounds truly excellent.

Sorry, went home for the weekend, where the internets are fubar.
Both the magical fire and the shootin hits the tires, which are now looking mighty fucked up. That will give him a hefty negative on his vehicle roll next combat round, meaning increased likelihood of him ploughing into a tree.
First security car is spending this turn "manoeuvring", which is a fancy way of saying "decreasing the odds of him ploughing into a tree next turn"
Next persons actions then?
Its probably worth pointing out that setting your distance isn't an "action" as such. As a driver you can:
Manoeuvre (do a vehicle roll, any hits you get give you extra dice for next turns start of turn vehicle test)
Cut off (try and make someone crash, basically an opposed vehicle test)
Ram (pretty self explanatory, and probably only a good idea if you are driving something Nik's van size)
Get away (do a vehicle test. Manage this three initiative passes in a row, and you have fled the scene, but you can only do this once you are in extreme range.)

I don't know if that's what my last roll did, but I'll make annother just in case.
With my skills as low as they are, I think I'll go for a manoeuvre.
3, 5, 5, 4: 2 hits.

Result: 1, 2, 4, 5, 2, 5, 5, 3, 1, 2, 6, 1, 5, 6: 6 hits

That gives you four net hits, as he scored two. So, an additional -4 to his vehicle test, which he has to roll now, giving him a dice pool of 0 dice
He sticks some edge into it, to give him at least some chance, but still fumbles it. The front of his car is now one with the side of a building.
Next!

Woah, woah, woah. I never rolled to fire! God damn it joose!
I rolled to spot any defects or weak spots on the vehicle. As it's now stacked in a wall I guess it doesn't matter.
