Well then I brought to bear before combat and shoot your ass on Phase 1.
Rifle: 10,1 + 8 - 3 (wild shot) = 16
Auto/Support: 10,1 + 5 = 16
That's 5 bullets hit.

Toast and Mephit have done a little pre-combat prep. The Ebb abilities were pre-calculated (it's in the rule book) just before he jumped, so yeah his abilities and attack can go off at the same time.
However, Mephit isn't psychic and can react on 2 like everyone else. You might know Toast well enough to know he'll attack in this situation, but not when down to 0.6 of a second.

Well as an impartial type who's lolling at this I would like to point out you called bullet tiem then said all that stuff 
If someone burst into flame and started getting all stary eyed at you then you'd react faster than deject has had a chance to. Seems you've done loads of things then said right bullet time starts now because I say so.

I hate PvP. There's going to be decisions going for and against everyone here. I'm going to try to be as fair as possible, but fights between players are always emotional. You'll just have to take my decisions on the chin, and remember that my mental image of what's happening might differ from yours, but we're going off mine as it's the only way to be fair. Also, as from now and until this fight is resolved I'll be making all rolls. Not that I don't trust anyone, but there's no doubts of fairness then.

Toast does 6 DAM 1 PEN with his teeth, then 9 DAM 1 PEN with the fire. That means Deject takes 7 damage total to the torso. That's over half the hit points for that location so Deject needs to make a straight PHYS roll to stay conscious. No wounds as none of the attacks penetrated.
Grimmie - 9+8, +10 (skill) -3 (wild shot) +3 (RoF) +5(point blank) +1 (laser sight) = 33
Changing Rifle skill for Auto/Support (6) = 29
All 5 rounds hit, with the first doing an extra 13 damage. 6 damage from each round, + 13 from the first, is 43 damage to Mephit's chest. That pretty much cuts him in half even as he lunges for Dirk.

So, what happens on 2?
