I found
guest, attacked him until I was out of AP, got him down to about 10HP I think. When I logged in again he'd healed me and gone about his business.

Also Chezk1 (or something like that) in a hut next door to the bank. He got a bit of a spanking and now half health. If you go diagonal down and left from ammo hut it's around there somewhere.
