May be worth getting a decent power supply, bad ones have a tendency to fry your other stuff.

I also need some help from you all. This above mentioned rig meets the min specs requ'd for COD4 (just), however it will run me through the first tutorial and the game play is very smooth but then on loading the first mission it keeps shutting down the game and returning to Windows. Any suggestions most welcome. (and yes, I know a faster rig would help !!)[/img]

Make a topic for it in the Hardware forum so we don't clutter this thread up to badly.

It should be a 'Lazor death blade flaming ninja rig of doom'.
My online translato page says shit/crap/sodding/dipshit/turd/yuck/to be fucked up - machine/engine/appliance, so I'd go for 'fuck up machine' 2.0.

It's actually "Shit Machine". Name originates from the time when installing Windows was a semi daily activity.

But it's not shit! It's quite good. It needs a new name, or the tribbles may attack, and you don't want that.

Ooh, I've some good about those. Do you like yours? It may be worth putting on the 5punk radar when
recommending stuff telling people what to do threads pop up.
