Roman: It's still a tower block, there's no houses on Mort. However, it's a nice one with balconies and big windows. In order to get in range you need to manoeuvre a little, finding a more elevated perch in a nearby building. Luckily there's an entertainment complex across the road, and you can sit discretely on a wet and abandoned balcony in one of the bars.
The windows are reflective and difficult to see through, but a bit of scanning around with the mic in the area you suspect Sumner's apartment to be picks her up after a few minutes. She's talking shop, presumably on the phone, since you can't hear anyone else.
Grimmie: Most of the bar's patrons ignore you as you grab a beer and sit down. A few glance over for a second and go back to what they were doing. The Johannas in the corner become a little more animated, and one starts gesturing angrily towards you.

i r recon.
I'll point my microphone their way to see what all the fuss is about, keeping my head down and making a move to down the rest of my drink.

Make a hide roll please, assuming you're not doing it blatantly.

The four gangers stand up, glaring at you. On your mic you pick up the words;

Oh yes, I'll just be sitting where I am for a while, keeping tabs on Sumner. I may phone her myself to see if that changes anything.

Er, how far away from Grimmie am I? If im close, I'll start making my way towards him. Sharpish.

I would assume everyone else is hanging around Suburbia since nobody specified otherwise.

Eraser was outside when the team were breifed, I'm gonna say he followed the office team and is outside as backup when called.

Grimmie: A decent Streetwise roll and I'l translate it for you
TSD: The office team would be Dirk, presumably. Luckily for you he's in a leisure complex stalking your contact, so there's plenty to do while you wait.

I like how this excursion is calling on my worst skills.

Cock! I'll shuffle my shit together and get out of the bar, and watch the entrance.
Will also radio around to see if anyone else can translate that gibberish, I'll even put on my best ganger accent.

I know what he's saying, alas Dirk is clueless.
Right, if I've not heard anything interesting from my laser mic stalking I might try and shake things up a bit. If nothing happens after this I'll drop this hunch and try and do something productive.

Ms Sumner? Hello, it's Dirk here. We're following the target now, but I have one question. Hypothetically, if our cover had been compromised and we were forced to "abduct" the target for purposes of interrogation, how would you like us to proceed if she said she had information on other people within your office? Oops, got to go, something just cropped up - call you back in a minute!

Langley, who the fuck are these guys you hired? They're talking about abducting my PA.

I asked for subtle, and you said they wouldn't draw attention.
...
Well they'd better not. I could have hired a prop and not given you the job opportunity.
...
It was the Ebon. He okay?
...
Right. Hopefuly not too smart. Doesn't matter I suppose. Okay, we'll see how it goes.

Sorry, Grimme did something too.
The gangers follow you to the doorway gesticulating and strutting, but don't follow you out of the bar.

I could have hired a prop
Hmm, should that say "pro", or did she really say prop?
Hopefuly not too smart
Double hmm! Paranoia off the scale! Is there something she doesn't want us to uncover?
I'm going to track down Langley and grill him in person - Eraser up for that?

Prop wasn't a typo.
